John William Loud White ’45 of Freeport, Maine, died at Maine Medical Center on April 16, of cancer. John grew up in Portland and Falmouth Foreside, Maine. He came to Dartmouth from Deering High School in Portland.
Vernon Brooks Jr. ’45 died April 6 at the Fairfax (Virginia) Nursing Center. He was a native of Evanston, Illinois, but came to Dartmouth from White Plains (New York) Senior High School.

George Moulton French Jr. ’45 died January 23. He came to Dartmouth from Nashua, New Hampshire, as a graduate of Vermont Academy and the son of a member of the Dartmouth class of 1911. George was a member of Phi Sigma Kappa.
