John P. Zipser ’60 of Savannah, Georgia, died on October 27, 2013, under the care of Hospice Savannah.

Lawrence R. Mayo ’60 died on September 30, 2013, survived by his wife, Gail, children Peter, Eric and Robin and nine grandchildren.

Gary Joseph Stass ’60, who lived in New Canaan, Connecticut, for more than 36 years, died on June 18, 2013. Gary attended Pingry School before matriculating to Dartmouth in 1956.

Allen Howard Stowe ’60 of Vero Beach, Florida, and Normandy Beach, New Jersey, died August 5 in Vero Beach from complications related to pancreatic cancer.

Russell E. Brooks ’60 died unexpectedly on June 8. He graduated from Dartmouth and Columbia Law School, class of 1963.

J. Bradley Lund ’60 passed away October 12, 2012, as a result of esophageal cancer. His is survived by his wife, Mary Anne “Maizie,” children Anne, Amy and Tim and 10 grandchildren.

Robert Bramley Barker ’60 died on April 30, 2012, in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen, and their three children.

Morris Feldman ’60 died on July 19, 2012, in Arden Court, an assisted living facility near his Chicago home. Morris had been a resident of the facility for the last two years of his life.

Murray Janus ’60 died January 26 in Richmond, Virginia, his lifelong home. Robert Louis Stevenson wrote, “Life is too short to be so small.” This is certainly true of Murray’s life.
