William Richard Stratton ’55 died February 27, 2019, in Santa Barbara, California. Will came to Dartmouth from Dwight Monroe High School in Englewood, New Jersey.
George J. Schmitt III ’55 passed away in Castle Rock, Colorado, on December 1, 2019. He was born in Geneva, Illinois, and prepared for Dartmouth at Lawrenceville School.
Ralph L. Sautter ’55 passed away on March 28 in Lexington, Massachusetts. He was always someone the class could count on to make phone calls and contribute advice.
David F. Snow ’54 passed away in Bangor, Maine, on April 30. He attended the Consolidated School and George Stevens Academy in Wisconsin, followed by a year at Stanford, before he transferred to Dartmouth.
William Foggle ’55 died April 4 in Springfield, Massachusetts. He is survived by his wife, Lynn, and children John and Andrea. Bill was a graduate of Classical High School in Springfield.
Larry Mamlet ’54 passed away on April 8 in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Larry came to Dartmouth from Miami Beach High School. At Dartmouth he majored in English and wrote for The Dartmouth and Dart magazine.
Donald John Landzettel ’60 of Mahwah, New Jersey, passed away on March 29 at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, New Jersey, of coronavirus. He and his wife, Gail, (née Newman) treasured their relationship for more than 59 years.
Donald Stuart Gann ’52, M.D.,died on February 3 at his Brooklandville, Maryland, home. Donald was born in Baltimore on February 25, 1932, attended Polytechnic Institute through the 11th grade, leaving to attend Dartmouth.
Charles Frederick “Doc” Dey ’52 died at home in Walpole, New Hampshire, on April 16. Doc was born in New Jersey on December 15, 1930, and graduated from Millburn (New Jersey) High School.
