Stafford H. Krause ’57 died on September 2, 2023, after a long illness. Staff graduated from Greenwich (Connecticut) High School. He received his A.B. in 1957 and an M.B.A.

Donald P. Miller ’57 passed away on September 27, 2023. Don came to Dartmouth from Montpelier (Vermont) High School.

Kenneth W. Ragland ’57 passed away on September 1, 2023. Ken graduated from New Trier High School in Winnetka, Illinois. At Dartmouth he was in Debt Tau Delta and the rowing club.

Alanson P. Stevens III ’57 passed away on May 9, 2022. Al graduated from English High School in Boston. In 1943, on his 18th birthday, he enlisted in the U.S. Army.

Jonathan Bates ’63 died November 5, 2022.

David H. Bowman ’63 died on August 22, 2023, at his home in Sewanee, Tennessee.

Roger W. Griffin ’63 died on October 10, 2023, of progressive supranuclear palsy. He was born in Niskayuna, New York, where he lived most of his life.

George W. Scott Jr. ’63, from a Dartmouth family, died of leukemia on September 7, 2023, at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.

George R. “Bob” Shanno ’63 died on September 1, 2023, in Drums, Pennsylvania after a brief illness.

William F. Weber III ’63 died of progressive supranuclear palsy in Chevy Chase, Maryland, on September 26, 2023. He was a fourth-generation Washingtonian and resided in D.C.
