Class Note 2007

Issue

Mar - Apr 2012

Hello, ’07s! I hope everyone had a great start to the new year. We can now look forward to the five-year reunion in June! In the meantime, here are a few great updates from classmates who are doing some pretty amazing things.

Tanner Glass and Grant Lewis were recently highlighted in the Valley News for some of their accomplishments in professional hockey. Tanner is responsible for the first winning goal in the reborn history of the Winnipeg Jets. Previously he helped Vancouver reach the 2011 Stanley Cup finals.Grant now plays for Poprad Lev in the Kontinental Hockey League.

Erik Storck, along with his fellow crewmember Trevor Moore, qualified to represent the United States at the Summer Olympics in London sailing in the 49er class sailboat (a slightly larger boat than the 420s he sailed in college).

Andrew Eastman joined the law firm Moser & Marsalek in St. Louis, Missouri.

Nathan Sigworth is leading the startup PharmaSecure as the CEO. The company raised nearly $4 million in a recent round of fundraising. PharmaSecure developed a system that allows consumers to verify the authenticity of prescription medications with their cell phones.

Thank you to everyone for their updates!
