Steven Douglas Golladay ’68 of Hopewell Junction, New York, died on December 9, 2019, of Lewy body dementia, which was diagnosed only four weeks before his passing.

Allen Lynn Skean ’68 died on December 18, 2019. Al’s sardonic, defiant humor, a defining characteristic of his nature, was unique and multifaceted.

Thomas Armand Martinez ’71 died on November 19, 2019, from Lewy body dementia.

Robert William Hand ’71, M.D.—“Dr. Hand” to many—died on May 22. He was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and grew up in East Greenville, Pennsylvania.

Glenn M. Glesmann ’71, M.D., died from a brief illness surrounded by his family on February 16.

James Tyre ’75, a second-generation Angeleno, passed away unexpectedly on March 3. After graduating from Dartmouth Jim earned his law degree at Loyola Law School.

Charlie Kreter ’78 of Severna Park, Maryland, passed away on April 20 after an illness. Charlie came to Dartmouth from Massapequa, New York.

David Michael Krill ’79 succumbed to pancreatic cancer on April 14 in the embrace of his wife, Liz, at their home in Raymond, Maine.

Jay Warden ’89 passed away on March 1 due to complications from influenza and pneumonia. Jay was born May 21, 1967, in Chicago and graduated from Meadowdale High School in 1985.

William S. Friedlander ’51 died on February 1 in his longtime hometown of Hudson, Wisconsin.
