William S. Race ’58

William S. Race ’58 passed away on May 30, 2022. Bill grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and came to Dartmouth from the Hotchkiss School. He majored in economics, was part of the Navy ROTC program and served on the Interdormitory Council. Bill worked in banking, including a time as a branch manager for Peninsula Bank in Longboat Key, Florida, and later retired in Wheaton, Illinois. Bill’s wife, Ann, predeceased him in 2018. He is survived by two daughters and two sons.
