Tai Lynn Antoine ’01

Tai Lynn Antoine ’01 passed away August 6, 2024, surrounded by her family. Daughter to Jill and Gregory, and a loving sister to her siblings, Tai was a trailblazer and excelled in all aspects of life. She majored in sociology at Dartmouth and then earned an M.P.H. from the Medical School in 2005. At Dartmouth she was a member of the Afro-American Society, Mosaic, the Programming Board, and the Women in Science Project. After graduation she volunteered for the College Alumni Fund, served as an admissions interviewer, and was the newsletter editor for the class of 2001. Tai went on to earn a law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2009. Tai was always the light of the room and could make conversation with anyone she met. She was a fierce protector and loyal friend. Her family says Tai was everything anyone could ask for in a daughter, sister, and friend. She spent time serving the citizens of Boston as an assistant district attorney in Suffolk County, winning Assistant District Attorney of the Year during her tenure. In keeping with a family tradition of service to the nation, she began working for the Veterans Administration (VA) in Boston. Tai had spent more than five years with the VA, helping the country’s veterans receive the best care she could provide in her role. was and will always be the light of her family.
