Richard E. Johnson ’55

Richard E. Johnson ’55 passed away in Dallas on November 6, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Peggy and sons Brink and Thad. Born in Littleton, New Hampshire, Dick came to Dartmouth from Gardener High School in Massachusetts. He majored in history, played basketball, and was a member of Sigma Chi and the Air Force ROTC. After graduation, Dick served as a navigator and bombardier in the Strategic Air Command. He completed his three years of service as a captain. Dick became a commercial real estate broker in Dallas in 1971. He served as president and district director of the Dartmouth Club of Dallas.
