Richard B. Mount ’55

Richard B. Mount ’55 passed away on December 18, 2022. He came to Hanover from Fairfield, Connecticut. He majored in history and was a member of Dartmouth Outing Club, Air Force ROTC, and Theta Delta Chi. He also was a varsity swimmer and cheerleader. After completing a successful career with IBM in Boston, Dick gained a reputation as an outstanding senior tennis player and supporter of junior tennis in New England. He served as a member of the USTA Youth Tennis Foundation. In 2015 Dick was inducted into the USTA New England Hall of Fame for his contributions to the game of tennis.
