Peter Scott Shedden ’73

Peter Scott Shedden ’73 died on March 11, 2014, in New York City. Scott was born in New York City and grew up in Rochester, New York, where he graduated from Penfield High School and the Eastman School of Music Preparatory Department. At the College he majored in history and was a ski school instructor and member of the Wind Ensemble. After graduation he earned a J.D. at Boston University School of Law and later practiced law in New York City. An avid flutist, Scott continued to play and take lessons as an adult. He enjoyed tennis and spent summers with his family in East Orleans, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod. Scott is survived by his wife Stacey, son Matthew, daughter Emily and brother Darryl. Scott was predeceased by his father, Peter J. Shedden ’40, Tu’41.
