Paul Eric Boymel ’68
Paul Eric Boymel ’68 of Potomac, Maryland, died July 30, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Marsha, children Lisa and Scott and their spouses, and grandchildren Riley, Jacob, Abigail, and Emma. Paul came to Dartmouth from Woodrow Wilson High School in Washington, D.C. Paul majored in history and was active in The Dartmouth, the Bridge Club and the Young Democrats. Paul was a big winner in the first season of a television game show, winning $61,200. Paul quit his job and used his winnings to take postdoctoral courses in employment law. That led to his career as a civil rights attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, specializing in age discrimination law. Paul appeared in community theater in the D.C. area and spent summer vacations with his wife producing children’s productions at the International Gilbert and Sullivan Festival in Buxton, England.
