Time is passing and the most important information your class secretary has to share with our class concerns the forthcoming reunion! “High Fives at the 5-5!” is the theme of our 55th reunion June 15–17, 2026, less than a year from now!
Our Class Notes are becoming death notices. The executive committee is searching for better ways to acknowledge and recognize departing members.
This column was due at the end of the College year of June 30. We’ll look back and summarize preliminary highlights of the year. We’ve written six of these columns, almost always stretching to find news of interest beyond just our class.

Tom Kuhns sends the following message: “Don Collins and I were roommates for three years in Russell Sage.
Here it is the end of June and it feels like the dog days of August. You’ll read this in September or October, when cooler days should be here and we’ll be talking football. But you never know about the weather.

As I write this Dartmouth Commencement exercises are taking place on the Green. Fortunately, the cool and rainy weather we’ve been experiencing all spring has lifted and the sun is shining on the class of 2025.
The birth year of most members of our class is 1930; about 70 percent is the number we have. That means most of us still in the game will be celebrating our 95th birthday this year.
