John Stevens Rossiter ’55

John Stevens Rossiter ’55 died on May 15, 2015, in Pasadena, California. He graduated from Edina (Minnesota) High School. Ross was active as an undergraduate, joining Alpha Delta and the Sphinx. He was a member of the Interfraternity Council and worked on our Freshman Book. Having been enrolled in the ROTC, after graduation he spent his time in the U.S. Navy. Ross initially worked in New York City, where he married Betty Specht. In 1961 he moved to California, where he worked at Unocal until he retired in 1993. He held several different management positions and upon retirement participated in local activities in San Marino, California. He is survived by his wife, a son, two daughters and six grandchildren.
