Ronald Otto Himberg ’55

Ronald Otto Himberg ’55 died on May 10, 2015, in Manlius, New York. He attended East High School in Syracuse, New York, prior to entering Dartmouth. “Dutch” majored in electrical engineering and was a member of Kappa Kappa Kappa. After graduation he served in the Army for three years in a paratrooper division. He then returned to Syracuse and started three companies that specialized in technical marketing of electronics. At age 55 he changed careers and entered the world of finance. He continued in this capacity until five months before his death. Ron was a member of several clubs and served his church and various charities throughout his life. He is survived by his wife, a daughter and three grandchildren.
