Donald L. Wheatley ’54

Donald L. Wheatley ’54 passed away on October 2, 2014, at the Village at Smith Creek in West Kelowna, British Columbia, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease. Don came to Dartmouth from Larchmont, New York, where he attended Mamaroneck High School. At Dartmouth he was a brother of Delta Tau Delta, a geography major and coach and captain of the rugby team. Don had a love for duck hunting, fishing and hunting. He was a major contributor to Ducks Unlimited Canada. He is survived by his wife, Elinor, and children Andrew, Geoffrey, Jim, Peter and Deborah.
