Paul Samuel Miller ’47

Paul Samuel Miller ’47 of Clearwater, Florida, died on September 28, 2012. He grew up in Pleasantville, New Jersey, attended Bradenton Prep School and was assigned to Dartmouth in the V-12 program. He majored in sociology, joined Sigma Nu and went on to graduate from Tuck School. After a brief career in life insurance with Metropolitan and Prudential, he joined the staff of the Clearwater, Florida, branch of St. Petersburg Junior College as an instructor in the business department, where he taught for 22 years. In retirement he was active in the Rotary Club, the Republican Party and local politics. He served as club secretary from 1966 to 1967. He is survived by his wife of 64 years and four children.
