Perry J. Davis ’54

Perry J. Davis ’54 passed away on January 14 in Montgomery Township, New Jersey. Perry came to Dartmouth from Scarsdale, New York, having attended Scarsdale High School. At Dartmouth he majored in comparative literature and philosophy and was a brother of Phi Kappa Psi. He was a member of Aegis and the Interdormitory Council. Perry received his M.B.A. from New York University in 1966. He worked in the technology field, where he held top management positions in the advertising industry. Information technology and computers were Perry’s main work interest. His last position before retirement was as a senior vice president at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising. After retirement he taught computer subjects at a local community college and developed a consulting practice that served Princeton University and several regional organizations. Perry served for many years as the class of 1954 webmaster for the class website. He is survived by his wife, Janie, and children Michael, David and Leslie.
