Bruce Raymond Gardener ’55


Bruce Raymond Gardener ’55 died on April 14, 2011, in Prescott, Arizona. Bruce came to Dartmouth from West Englewood, New Jersey, graduating from Teaneck (New Jersey) High School. He majored in English and served the DOC for four years, being the director of publicity for the 1954 Winter Carnival. Upon graduation, having been a member of Air Force ROTC, Bruce became a bomber pilot and career Air Force officer. Upon retirement he started the Monterey Bay Security Co. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, and three sons.
