Ronald Augustine Schiavone ’47

Ronald Augustine Schiavone ’47 of Whitehouse Station, New Jersey, died in Key Largo, Florida, on January 26. He joined the class in the Naval V-12 unit and went on to graduate from Thayer School. After naval duty he went on to become chairman and director of Schiavone Construction Co. in Secaucus, New Jersey. He served as a Thayer School overseer from 1980 to 1984 and from 1987 to 1989. He is survived by his wife and four children, including Christopher ’82.
