Richard A. Kaiser ’66, a surgeon in New Jersey for more than 30 years, died in November 2008. A native of Newburgh, New York, Rich came to Dartmouth from the Newburgh Free Academy. In Hanover he played in the band and joined Zeta Psi and the Jewish Life Council. Rich graduated from the Dartmouth Medical School in 1967 and Harvard Medical School in1969. He served in the U.S. Navy, rising to the rank of lieutenant commander aboard a nuclear submarine. Many of us will remember his sense of humor, hearty laugh and great stories.
