Andrew S. Kelsey ’49
Andrew S. Kelsey ’49 died on September 25, 2009, in White Stone, Virginia. Sandy was born in San Francisco, and served in the Air Force from 1944 to 1946. After Dartmouth he joined the State Department and spent 24 years as a Foreign Service officer, primarily in the Middle East. He is survived by Ann, his wife of 54 years, daughters Kira and Robin, son Andrew and a granddaughter.
