Girard Harry Franklin ’47

Girard Harry Franklin ’47 died at age 93 on January 7, 2009. He was living in Charlotte, Vermont. He joined the class as a civilian from Baldwin (New York) High School. He majored in psychology and went into private practice in 1953. He earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from NYU in 1957 and did further graduate work at the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in Psychoanalysis in New York City in 1961. He is survived by three children.
