Timothy C. Russell ’70

Timothy C. Russell ’70 died on November 15, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer battle. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Christy, sons Sam and Nick, daughter Lydia, and 17 grandchildren. After Dartmouth, Tim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. He clerked for the Hon. Arlin M. Adams on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and then became a corporate litigator at Drinker, Biddeford and Reath. After retirement, Tim started his own arbitration and mediation practice. He was an avid fisherman, lover of wildlife, and big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
