Lawrence A. Hagar ’55

Lawrence A. Hagar ’55 passed away on May 11 in Yarmouth, Massachusetts. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen, and children Christopher, James, Kimberly, and Stephanie. Larry was born in Marshville Hills, Massachusetts, and graduated from Darrow School in New York. He majored in English and was a member of Delta Tau Delta and the lightweight crew that competed in the Henley Regatta. After graduation Larry joined the Naval Air Corps and served as a lieutenant on the USS Forrestal. He then joined Raid Service Press, the family printing company, in Boston and became its president. He also served as secretary of the Boston Society of Printers.
