Darius Seyed Raji ’92

Darius Seyed Raji ’92 passed away on July 22, 2022, in his Lincoln Park home in Chicago. Darius grew up in New York City’s upper east side, attending the Trinity School. At Dartmouth he majored in computer science. Darius was an active member of Alpha Delta. After college he was a successful derivatives trader with several banks, including Continental Bank, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase, working in both Chicago and San Francisco. After departing Wall Street, Darius became a private investor, concentrating on Chicago real estate. Witty and just a touch impish, he always prioritized laughter and fun. Darius, nicknamed “The King” by his Dartmouth friends, was unique in his sense of humor. He was a people person, impeccable in integrity, generous and kind. His mother, Marilyn Singleton Horton, and his father, Morris Raji, survive him.
