Jay Herbert Anderson ’52 died on April 10 in Newport, New Hampshire, after a period of declining health. He was born on October 8, 1930, in Lynn, Massachusetts, and grew in Swampscott, Massachusetts. He also served on the Bentley College president’s advisory council and, after his retirement, on the Colby-Sawyer College president’s advisory council. He is survived by Edythe, his wife of 67 years; children Elaine ’83, Tracey ’85, and Jon; and four grandchildren.
