Joseph P. Michalski ’66, M.D.—a native of Montgomery and resident of Mobile, Alabama—died on March 13. Joe graduated with honors from Dartmouth, earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland-Baltimore in 1970, and did his residency, with a specialty in rheumatology, at San Francisco General. Joe conducted research for many years in California and at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge before settling in Mobile to run a clinical practice and engage in research at the University of South Alabama.
