Ralph L. Sautter ’55

Ralph L. Sautter ’55 passed away on March 28 in Lexington, Massachusetts. He was always someone the class could count on to make phone calls and contribute advice. In 2005 he took over as treasurer to manage the class fiscal accounts; it was a position he held until his death. Brought up in Nichols, Connecticut, Ralph came to Dartmouth from Williston Academy. He majored in English and was a member of Kappa Sigma. He served as a captain in the Marine Corps for three years and then became vice president of State Street Bank in Boston. Ralph is survived by his wife, Carol, and daughter Janet.
