The Places She’ll Go
Student Sydney Kamen ’19 received a Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship, which funds two years of graduate study and commits her to five years in the U.S. Foreign Service.

Time for a Turnaround
Amy Fowler is out as field hockey coach after 20 years at the College. Last fall her team finished 4-13 and went winless in the Ivy League.

Geisel Med School student Sathvik Namburar DMS’22 appeared on Jeopardy! last fall. He won his first game, then lost his second

Day of Remembrance
Reverend professor Cornell William Brooks, former CEO of the NAACP, served as keynote speaker for the Tucker Foundation’s Martin Luther King Jr. multifaith celebration on January 26.

World junior medalist Katharine Ogden ’21 won the women’s individual classic sprint at a U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association SuperTour event in Idaho in December.
