Robert G. Lunden ’63

Robert G. Lunden ’63 died on August 1 with his family at his side near his home in Ballston Spa, New York. He was born in Bethlehem, New York, and graduated from Bethlehem Central High School. He majored in geography at Dartmouth and worked for The Dartmouth. After graduation he joined the Navy and served as an office aboard the destroyer, USS Renshaw. Robert then worked for IBM, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and the State University of New York, retiring as director of computer services. He was an active outdoor person, and enjoyed skiing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and snowshoeing. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Bebe, two children, and two grandchildren.
