Graduating summa cum laude with a Dartmouth general fellowship for graduate study, Mickey earned a master’s at York University in Toronto, Canada. He had several careers, including work as an information technology manager, starting a hardwood flooring business, investing in real estate, and, most recently, delivering mail for the U.S. Postal Service. Mickey loved nature, exploring the dirt roads in his part of Vermont and traveling across the United States. He was an avid reader, collector of books, and online book reviewer. He is survived by his wife, Mary, and daughters Margaret, Emily, and Kayla. Memorial contributions may be made to the Windham County Humane Society, P.O. Box 397, Brattleboro, VT 05302.
