Michael Ralph Notaro Jr. ’60

Michael Ralph Notaro Jr. ’60 died peacefully on April 11, 2015, while holding the hand of his wife, Leslie. He was born May 5, 1938, in Chicago. He is survived by Leslie, children Michael III, John and Nancy and two grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister, Phyllis. At Dartmouth Mike majored in history, was a brother and social chairman of Sigma Nu and was involved in crew, rugby, the Newman Club and ROTC. Following Dartmouth he entered the Northwestern School of Business, served in the military and was a successful broker in commercial development and real estate. Mike lived in the Chicago area until 2002, when he and Leslie moved to Belleair Beach, Florida. Gifts in memory of Mike may be made to the “Transplant Center” and sent to the University of Florida, P.O. 14425, Gainesville, FL 14425.
