Judy Yablong Judlo ’76
Judy Yablong Judlo ’76 passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2016. Judy came to Dartmouth from Wilmette, Illinois. While at Dartmouth she participated in academic and athletic life. Her activities included the Interdormitory Council, women’s swimming, Green Key Society, interning for President Kemeny and serving as chair of Woodward Hall. Judy also spent a term off-campus working at the White House. She graduated with a degree in mathematics from Dartmouth and then earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Judy had a successful business career managing projects, new business development, marketing and research in a variety of retail, healthcare and financial markets, including owning her own firm, Marketing Solutions, for the past 18 years. For the class 25th reunion book Judy wrote that her greatest loves were her children and her husband, Sam. She also observed, “My love for outdoor adventure probably has its origin from the freshmen biking trip and participation in Outward Bound and DOC adventures.” She continued to be passionate for the outdoors and travel and passed those passions to her sons. She was also deeply committed to her faith and to community service, being involved and taking leadership roles in various Jewish organizations and civic projects. Judy is survived by her husband, Sam, sons Eric and Craig and stepdaughters Julia and Alyssa.
