John Scott Rambach ’54

John Scott Rambach ’54 of Columbia, South Carolina, passed away July 6. He was born May 8, 1931, in Boston to Raymond and Mary Rambach. At Dartmouth Scott earned his A.B., played baseball, and was active in Psi Upsilon and Army ROTC. He earned an M.B.A. from Cornell University 1958 and then became a career banker, managing several branches in California, Oregon, and Washington. A Boston native, Scott was a lifelong Red Sox fan. He also enjoyed gardening and spending time with friends and neighbors. Scott was predeceased by Diane, his wife of 41 years, and is survived by his son, Robert, and his grandson, Bryce.
