Donald Meredith Kurth ’55

Donald Meredith Kurth ’55 died on November 34, 2018, in West Hartford, Connecticut. A native of Chevy Chase, Maryland, Don came to Dartmouth from Woodrow Wilson High School. He majored in English and was a member of the Air Force ROTC, Sigma Nu, and the golf team. After graduation Don served as a navigator in the Air Force and earned the rank of first lieutenant. He went on to enjoy a successful career as a sales executive with IBM, Xerox, and the Royal Typewriter Co. Don was predeceased by his wife of 37 years, Elinor. He is survived by his daughter, Catherine.
