Dean Cowell Cameron ’49

Dean Cowell Cameron ’49 died on June 20, 2017, in Evanston, Illinois, where he lived. Dean came to Dartmouth from Shaker Heights (Ohio) High School. At Dartmouth he earned his “D” in both soccer and squash, served on the Undergraduate Council and was class treasurer. He graduated from Harvard Law School, worked as an advisor to the U.S. Tax Court in Washington, D.C., and then practiced law in Chicago until retirement. Dean is survived by his wife, Elizabeth, and daughters Amy and Elizabeth.
