Calvin E. Knights ’51 died on May 4. A resident of Lebanon, New Hampshire, he and his wife, Joyce, had been married for 75 years. Cal grew up in nearby Norwich, Vermont, and lived there for much of his life.

James J. Conroy III ’51 died on June 19 in Lexington, Virginia. Jim left Dartmouth after his sophomore year but remained a staunch fan of the College throughout his life, calling his years in Hanover among the happiest of his life.
