Anthony F. Blecher ’67

Anthony F. Blecher ’67 passed away on September 5, 2023, in New York City. Tony came to the College from the Fieldston School in New York City, majored in government, was a brother of Tau Epsilon Phi, and active in sailing, WDCR, and Army ROTC. After graduation he served in the U.S. Army and then received an M.B.A. from Columbia University. Tony had a broad business career with Chemical Bank, International Paper, W.R. Grace, and WindowRama, and enjoyed his summers at a house on Fire Island, New York. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Katrina; brother Steven; and nephews Andrew and Jeffrey.
