Burritos at Boloco
Burrito restaurant isn't closing just yet, as owner gets more time to dream up new location.

John Pepper’s fast-casual burrito restaurant, Boloco, was slated to close on September 25, with Mahoney Development Group turning the building into residential units. Then, Pepper met Patrick Mahoney of Mahoney Development Group. It turns out Mahoney is a Boloco fan, and he gave Pepper and the restaurant extra time to figure out their next plans. Thanks to an extension until at least October 16, Pepper wants to continue his restaurant’s delicious success by opening the new location shortly after its current location closes.
