He was founding president of the Jamesville Dewitt Youth Athletic Association, where he coached youth basketball and lacrosse. He met his partner of 37 years, Annette, whose family camp was just two doors down from his at the lake. They both loved the lake and were often seen rowing together or just enjoying days with family and friends. Peter was predeceased by his father, John, and beloved son Mark. He is survived by Annette, sons Eric and Brian, grandson Theodore, mother Barbara, and a brother and sister.
