Garrett Tyler Gossan ’03

Garrett Tyler Gossan ’03 died June 6, 2013, in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Garrett came to Dartmouth from Winlock, Washington. He majored in psychology and art history, was a member of Panarchy, participated in the department of art history foreign study program in Florence, Italy, and worked in the art history slide library. After leaving Dartmouth in 2002 Garrett returned to Hanover to earn his bachelor’s in 2009 and assumed the role of program coordinator for the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center Northern New England Geriatric Education Center. Garrett loved cigarettes, poetry, theory and the hills of Siena. He is survived by his parents, Nancy and Tom Gossan, sister Courtney and many dear friends who cherish his memory.
