N. Laurence Saperstein ’63

N. Laurence Saperstein ’63, M.D., died on December 19, 2024, in Washington, Illinois. He was born in Malden, Massachusetts, and attended Malden High School, where he participated in the newspaper and debating. At Dartmouth Larry majored in chemistry and was a member of the weightlifting club. He received his M.D. in 1967 from Tufts University. He served as an admissions volunteer for the College. He was a retired major in the U.S. Air Force. Larry practiced obstetrics and gynecology for 45 years in New Port Richey, Florida, before retiring in 2018 in North Carolina. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Toni Marie; six children; 10 grandchildren; previous wives Carole and Elizabeth; brother Joel ’60; and nephew Michael ’89.
