Peter M. Stone ’70

Peter M. Stone ’70 died unexpectedly August 3 at his home in Potsdam, New York, due to complications from Parkinson’s disease. At Dartmouth he was vice president of Theta Delta Chi and played varsity hockey, where he earned the nickname “Tuna.” After graduation Peter returned to his hometown to join his father’s construction business. He continued playing hockey with the Potsdam Pioneers and Potbellies. Peter is survived by his wife, Marianne; daughters Robyn and Amanda; sister Lynda; and stepson Craig.
