Michael Beachley ’62

Michael Beachley ’62, M.D., died of cardiac disease on January 13 at home in Bakerstown, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Barbara, and children Kenneth, Barbara and William at his side. Mike received his A.B. and bachelor’s of medical science from Dartmouth and his M.D. from Harvard. His professional accomplishments included service as a major in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, frequent professional lectures, 10 books and chapters in medical textbooks, 68 published articles in medical journals and service as a professor and chairman of a major academic department in radiology.
