Donn Edward Hill ’54

Donn Edward Hill ’54 of Irondequoit, New York, passed away on March 30. Donn came to Dartmouth from East High School in Rochester, New York. He was a member Delta Upsilon and Green Key and executive manager of the intramural department as well as an Air Force ROTC student. After graduation he went on to earn his M.B.A. from Tuck School. While at Dartmouth and Tuck he was the regional salesman for the Fuller Brush Co. Following service in the Air Force Donn returned to Rochester and became a certified public accountant. He worked for several corporations before setting up his own practice. Throughout his adult life he was a devout Catholic and a daily communicant. Donn and his wife, Freda, who predeceased him, were married during his sophomore year at Dartmouth. He is survived by six daughters, 21 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
