Hello, hello, ’91s.

I got the best text from Sean Canavan telling me about a dinner he went to at the Empire in Boston. Brendan O’Sullivan, a ’91 near and dear to my heart, planned the December outing, which was also attended by New England heavy hitters Brendan Mahoney, Paul Appleton, Brett Morrison, Robbie Braceras, and Mark Swirbalus. Sean also brought up a few memories from the glory days in Hanover and left me with a big smile. Thank you for the update, Sean, I expect an invite next time!

Our class president, Sara Burbine Potter, also provided some super information. She wrote, “The first weekend of November we had a great turnout of ’91s for Homecoming. The weekend started with a Dartoberfest party under the tent for alumni, complete with pretzels, cider, beer, and German food. At the tent I met up with Geoff Bronner, Kristy Bronner, Joe Walker, and Kimberly DeVore Eades before lining up for the usual parade around the Green to the lawn of Dartmouth Hall. Kimberly, Joe, and I were joined by Steve Fried, Kim Genzer, Rebecca Hall, Allison Schutte, Brook Seeley, and others. On my way to the game on Saturday, I ran into Allison, Marjorie Culver, Tracie Gunion, and Joan Winchester Sachs in front of the football stadium. Even though the football team saw their winning streak come to an end with a loss against Harvard, it was still a fun weekend! I did the math and this was my 36th Dartmouth Homecoming, having missed only two since we arrived on the Hanover Plain in 1987.” That is an amazing streak, Sara, I’ll see you next year.

Keep the updates coming, folks!
