Nancy De Sa ’92 of New York City passed away after a sudden illness on February 16 in Scarsdale, New York. Nancy was born and raised in Scarsdale, attended Scarsdale public schools and majored in English and film studies at Dartmouth. A loyal and dedicated friend as well as a natural communicator and problem-solver, Nancy shared her bright spirit with myriad individuals and organizations across many facets of the College. After Dartmouth she earned an M.B.A. from Fordham University and a master’s in library science from the University of Arizona; she had a successful two-decade career in the technology field and the financial sector in New York City. With wit, determination and spirit Nancy overcame adversity throughout her life, including cerebral palsy and lymphoma, traveled the world and touched the lives of everyone she met. Nancy was predeceased by her father, Edward, who passed away in 2010. She is survived by her mother, Catherine, sister Jeanne ’89, a large extended family from across the country and many friends.
