Ronald Allen Jabara ’54

Ronald Allen Jabara ’54 passed away on July 26, 2012, in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania. Ron came to Dartmouth from Poly Prep in Brooklyn, New York. At Dartmouth he majored in chemistry and was a brother of Alpha Delta Phi. After Dartmouth he served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard and was a 32nd-degree Mason. Ron worked in the family linen business for 30 years, and since 1980 owned Jabara Imports. He is survived by his wife, Carol; sons Ronald, Douglas, Michael and Benjamin; and nephew Stephen Carley ’68.
