Daniel Dana Jackson ’49 died on January 7 in San Francisco. “Deke,” who lived in Atherton, California, came to Dartmouth from Adelphi Academy. He was an All-American swimmer and captained the Big Green swim team. Deke had an extremely successful career in finance and served on several major corporate boards. He is survived by his wife, Jeanne, and sons Dana, Michael and Christopher.
